How Millenia handles enquiry data

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, role, organisation, organisation type, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, project location, timeline, any tender reference, the documents you request and your message. Our servers also process your IP address briefly to prevent spam and abuse.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or documents you ask for.
- To route your enquiry to the Millenia team that delivers the service you chose.
- To keep the site and its forms secure.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is seen by the relevant Millenia team and by the email and hosting providers that carry it. We do not sell personal data. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
